Pentecost Sunday Meal 

We joyfully invite you to to kick off an upcoming series of liturgical feasting with our upcoming Pentecost Sunday lunch on 28 May after the Sunday Service. This gathering is a cherished opportunity to celebrate the gift of the Holy Spirit and the birth of the Church in fellowship and gratitude.

We encourage you to wear red, symbolizing the fire of the Holy Spirit, and kindly ask each family to contribute a shared side dish to our communal feast to complement a hearty lamb stew to will be provided.

The afternoon will commence with some stories of God’s grace shared by members of our community, all set against a backdrop of some great music. Our meal will be imbued with the richness of Christian liturgies , from the opening Collect for Pentecost to a closing prayer, with moments of grace, blessings, hymn singing, and responsive prayers woven throughout.
