Ministry Apprenticeships at Providence Bayswater
Jesus said, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”
At Providence Bayswater, we want to see the 67000 who don’t know Jesus come to find grace in him.
To do it, we’re going to need more churches and more gospel workers. A Ministry Apprenticeship in Project Next is a two-year, full-time, hands-on training program equipping future gospel workers. In 2026, it is our privilege to train Findy Haynes by praying, giving, and cheering them on as they train.
Meet Findy
I was born and raised in Indonesia in a nominal Catholic Chinese-descendant family. At 12, my family was baptised into Christianity, but not until I moved to Perth for uni did I fully understand what it really meant to follow Jesus, thanks to university Christian groups and faithful churches who taught me how to read and understand God’s word for myself.
I’m very thankful for the opportunity to be trained up through two-year ministry apprenticeship with Providence Bayswater, in the hope that I will be well-equipped for a life-long ministry wherever God will use me to expand his kingdom. I’m passionate to see more and more people not only to come to know Jesus but to live their whole lives for him!
