Senior Pastor & Mission
Rory was born and raised in Albany, Western Australia. He studied English and Anthropology at UWA. He is married to Susan and they have four boys.
Rory studied theology at Moore College, and has a PhD in Australian church history. He writes regularly on theology, culture, and ministry.
Rory serves as the senior pastor of Prov City Church, where he has overall responsibility for preaching, vision, and the overall direction of the church.
Rory is also the Network Director for the Providence Church Network
Executive Pastor & Service
Jon is married to Jessamy and they have three small kids and a super cute cat. Jon serves at Prov City as our Executive Pastor which means doing the parts of Rory’s job that Rory doesn’t like.
Associate Pastor (Community)
Amy grew up by the beach, the third of four sisters, and first learned the gospel from her parents. She taught high school students Politics and English before studying Theology at Trinity Theological College. Amy is responsible for the Community purpose at Providence City, as well as the training & discipleship of women.
Robbie is married to Jasmine and they have a french bulldog named Louis. Robbie has a commerce degree and worked in the finance sector before completing studies at Trinity Theological College. He joined the Providence team in November 2015 and is both the City Worship Pastor and the Operations Manager for the Providence Network of churches.

Dave was born in Nottingham, UK before moving to Perth in 1988. He met his wife, Becky, during his theological studies at Torch Trinity Graduate University in Seoul, South Korea, and together they have three children. In 2012, Dave and Becky moved to Exeter, UK to complete PhD studies in New Testament and returned to Perth in 2015 to teach Biblical Studies and Missions at Perth Bible College.
Daveis passionate about encouraging families in raising their children into vibrant faith, and our members to pursue maturity in their faith, hope, and love of Jesus and his gospel.
Sam grew up in the Perth hills with his two brothers and two sisters. After graduating from WAAPA with a degree in music he started working as a composer, music producer and piano teacher. Sam is married to Chelsea and when he is not in the studio you might find him cycling, hiking or getting thrashed in a game of chess.
(Youth & Creative)
An Albany boy, Hayden and his wife Katelyn moved to Perth in 2014 to study. Hayden has a Bachelor of Creative Advertising & Graphic Design, a Cert IV in Youth Ministry and is currently studying a Graduate Diploma at Trinity Theological College. Hayden loves all sports but mostly basketball, soccer and cycling he also enjoys coffee, the beach, and spending time with their daughter Georgie. Hayden is passionate about both his roles at Prov City; Making sure we communicate things well, and encouraging our youth to grow in their love for each other and the Lord.
Bonnie is married to John and they have three teenage boys. She works with an amazing admin team that endeavours to provide smooth and efficient administrative and operational support. You can usually find Bonnie at the 4 pm and 6 pm services, helping to make the venue work for the vision of the church. On her days off she enjoys working on projects with her husband, printmaking, painting and organising the logistics for Perth Women’s Convention.

Jarod has recently re-joined the Prov staff team for two days a week. He and Jess are a part of the family at Southern Christian Church and are expecting their first child in July. Jarod blesses Prov with his amazing ability to conquer tech and systematise our processes. Jarod will assist you with your enquiries when you email hello@prov. Jarod also works one day a week for the Providence Church Network.
Committee of Management
The Committee of Management is responsible for the governance of Providence Church Network Incorporated. This is the legal entity through which our network of churches operates. They are legally responsible for our activities before our governments and get to think about policy development and implementation for the legal, financial, and risk management of our association.
