Senior Pastor & Acting Network Director
Rory was born and raised in Albany, Western Australia. He studied English and Anthropology at UWA. He is married to Susan and they have four boys.
Rory studied theology at Moore College, and has a PhD in Australian church history. He writes regularly on theology, culture, and ministry.
Rory serves as the senior pastor of Prov City Church, where he has overall responsibility for preaching, vision, and the overall direction of the church.
Jon is married to Jessamy and they have three small kids and a neighbourhood cat who has decided to live at their house. Jon serves at Prov City as our Executive Pastor which means doing the parts of Rory’s job that Rory doesn’t like, and as Pastor for Maturity — focusing on how we are building one-another up in maturity as the body of Christ.
Amy grew up by the beach, the third of four sisters, and first learned the gospel from her parents. She taught high school students Politics and English before studying Theology at Trinity Theological College. Amy is responsible for the Community & Service purposes at Providence City, as well as the training & discipleship of women.
Robbie is married to Jasmine and they have a french bulldog named Louis. Robbie has a commerce degree and worked in the finance sector before completing studies at Trinity Theological College. He joined the Providence team in November 2015 to oversee Providence’s operations and Sunday services.
Dave was born in Nottingham, UK before moving to Perth in 1988. He met his wife, Becky, during his theological studies at Torch Trinity Graduate University in Seoul, South Korea, and together they have three children. In 2012, Dave and Becky moved to Exeter, UK to complete PhD studies in New Testament and returned to Perth in 2015 to teach Biblical Studies and Missions at Perth Bible College.
Dave joins Prov City as Pastor for Families and Maturity with a view to encouraging families in raising their children into vibrant faith, and our members to pursue maturity in their faith, hope, and love of Jesus and his gospel.
Bonnie began as a Queenslander but now lives in Noranda with her husband, John and their three boys. Under cover of Prov’s Operations Assistant, Bonnie has developed the knack of picking up additional skills here and there. Outside of work, she operates pretty much the same way. On her days off she enjoys furniture restoration, printmaking, running a small business, and organising the logistics for the Perth Women’s Convention.
Youth & Creative Pastor
An Albany boy, Hayden and his wife Katelyn moved to Perth in 2014 to study. Hayden has a Bachelor of Creative Advertising & Graphic Design, a Cert IV in Youth Ministry and is currently studying a Graduate Diploma at Trinity Theological College. Hayden loves all sports but mostly basketball, soccer and cycling he also enjoys coffee, gardening and the beach. He’s also passionate about both his roles at Prov City; Making sure we communicate things well, and our youth are growing in their love for each other and the Lord.
Sam grew up in the Perth hills with his two brothers and two sisters. After graduating from WAAPA with a degree in music he started working as a composer, music producer and piano teacher. Sam is married to Chelsea and when he is not in the studio you might find him cycling, hiking or getting thrashed in a game of chess.
Lee was born in South Africa and moved over with his parents and siblings in the late 90s. He is married to Julia, currently living near the beach and soaking it up as often as possible. A qualified mechanic by trade, loves sport, loves the outdoors and catching up with people over a nice cold beverage. Lee is currently attending Trinity Theological College and has a Working with Children’s Check.
